The house is near the heart of Garmisch, in a quiet and sunny area. House Staltmair is walking distance to the shopping area and neighbors the Garmisch Kurpark (leisure park). Also in the area is a casino, tourist information, grocery stores and many restaurants. It’s fantastic for the guest without a vehicle.
Only 100 m / 984 ft away is the local bus stop, which service is free with the Garmisch Kur card. The three apartments can be rented individually or together as a complete guesthouse. Guesthouse Staltmair is suitable for 2 – 14 people, making it ideal for small families but also for large groups.
